Technological process

1 the operator presses the button, select foaming bag appropriate length and the required quantity of foaming agent
2 the foaming bag has good foaming liquid perfusion, put in the carton;
3 will be your product into the foaming bag above the foaming bag expanding will be based on your product shape,form a protective pad close to your product;
4 press the button again, on your product into the foaming bag second layer, and then the box lid;
5 open the box you will see the foaming bag along the shape of carton and products, the formation of the protective pad is good.

	1.The operating personnel to press the button, select foaming bag appropriate length and the required quantity of foaming agent;		2.The operator put the bag into mould foaming;
	3.Cover mold cover, foam bags will fill the whole space according to the shape of the mold;		4.Open the mould cover, you will see a perfect packaging pad.
